Mackenzie loves that the practice’s model allows the team to focus on the patient truly. Without the pressure of rushed visits or insurance constraints, she has the time to get to know each person, not just their medical background, but who they are. She values the deeper connections that come through unhurried conversations and believes this personal approach makes care more meaningful and compassionate. She loves the Direct Primary Care model and has become very knowledgeable in how it works and in explaining and advocating it to others.

Mackenzie is often the first point of contact for patients, and her goal is to make every interaction feel welcoming and clear. Her ability to connect through genuine conversation helps patients feel comfortable, heard, and valued from the moment they walk in. Whether she’s easing nerves, answering questions from prospective patients, or guiding someone through their first visit, she strives to bring clarity, reassurance, and a personal touch to every interaction.
Behind the scenes, she helps keep the practice organized and running smoothly, ensuring every patient feels cared for from start to finish.

Outside of work, Mackenzie spends a lot of time with her friends and sister. She loves playing pickleball, going on walks, finding a nearby concert, or traveling to new places, whether it's a local coffee shop or hopping on a plane- she loves to see the world.
