With over 30 years of experience in hotel and hospitality sales management, she brings a deep background in service, relationship-building, and leadership to her role. Eileen’s passion for people is at the heart of everything she does, and she helps create the warm, welcoming environment patients feel the moment they walk in.

Eileen loves that the practice’s model allows the team to truly focus on the patient. Without the pressure of rushed visits or insurance constraints, she has the time to get to know each person, not just their medical background, but who they are. She values the deeper connections that come through unhurried conversations and believes this personal approach makes care more meaningful and compassionate. She loves the Direct Primary Care model and has become very knowledgeable in how it works and in explaining and advocating it to others.

Whether she’s easing nerves, answering questions from prospective patients, or guiding someone through their first visit, she strives to bring clarity, reassurance, and a personal touch to every interaction.
Behind the scenes, she helps keep the practice organized and running smoothly, ensuring every patient feels cared for from start to finish. -
Outside of work, Eileen can often be found FaceTiming her adult children, diving into a good book—especially anything by Nora Roberts or J.D. Robb—tracking down new coffee shops, planning spontaneous road trips, or being bossed around by her dog, Stitch.
