School & sports physicals

We know how difficult it can be to get a timely physical through traditional primary care offices — and how expensive urgent care visits can be. Our goal is to offer a more accessible, affordable option for families who need a physical quickly.

Physicals are performed by Dr. Malachi Groover and are available by appointment. The self-pay cost is $150. Ongoing medical care and additional services are reserved for Bianco Primary Care members.

Now available for non-members!

Now seeing patients newborn & up!

Bianco Primary Care is now accepting newborns and children as part of our growing family-care services. With the addition of Dr. Groover, we’re able to expand our care to support families from the very beginning. This makes it easier for parents to keep everyone’s healthcare in one place with a provider they know and trust.
