Bianco Primary Care is a family-owned Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice founded by husband-and-wife team Drs. Michael and Shelley Bianco. From the beginning, they believed great care starts with listening, building trust, and treating the whole person — not just a list of symptoms.
Frustrated by rushed appointments and insurance red tape, they opened their own practice in Alpharetta in 2014 with a simple mission: more time with patients, more personalized care, and stronger support for real, lasting health. Today, through the DPC model, their vision is a reality. By serving fewer patients, the team is able to form stronger relationships and provide care that’s truly personal, accessible, and built around you.
