Rachel enjoys the combination of hands-on clinical work, a supportive team, and meaningful interactions with patients. She loves taking vitals and drawing labs because it lets her play a key role in helping patients get the care they need.

She also appreciates how the team works together and enjoys being part of a positive environment where everyone helps each other. Most of all, she finds it rewarding to help patients feel comfortable and cared for, especially when they may be nervous or not feeling their best.

Rachel focuses on creating a calm, reassuring experience for patients by greeting them warmly, taking time to explain what she’s doing, and answering any questions that come up. She believes that small moments of kindness and clear communication can make visits feel less stressful.

Behind the scenes, she keeps documentation accurate, prepares rooms, restocks supplies, and helps the team stay organized and on schedule. She also anticipates what patients or coworkers might need, which helps visits run smoothly and ensures patients receive timely, attentive care. 

Outside of work, Rachel stays active with her two kids and two dogs, running, working out, and keeping up with the busy rhythm of family life.

She loves spending time outdoors, signing up for races she swears will be her last, and catching up with friends whenever she can.
